Mechanics

Rental of retail space to be settled every 21st for the following month.
Stock card to be given upon adding/removing products in the store.
Sales report will be tabulated every 2 weeks.
Sales collection will be ready every 28th of each month.
Vendors to change/alternate selling items every 2 weeks.
Vendors can bring in additional promoters if needed.

Types of Retail Space

1. Type A (Premium Display) Up / Down

Bar Length (Each Level): 2.5ft (up to 70 pieces of clothing)
Two Levels: Up & Down. Combine both at a bargain rental!
Lot Rental: RM300 - RM600 per month
Packages: 6 months / 12 months
Retail space furnishings include clothes racks. Black hangers and products to be brought in by vendors.
Suitable for Fashion Designers, Blogshops & Ladies apparels. Lots will be recommended by Enspired Concept Store management.

2. Type B (Standard Display) Up / Down

Bar Length (Each Level): 2.5ft (up to 70 pieces of clothing)
Two Levels: Up & Down. Combine both at a bargain rental!
Lot Rental: RM200 - RM500 per month
Packages: 6 months / 12 months
Retail space furnishings include clothes racks. Black hangers and products to be brought in by vendors.
Suitable for Blogshops, Ladies apparels, Men apparels, Unisex apparels, Lingerie, Swimwear, Shoes, Bags, etc. Lots will be recommended by Enspired Concept Store management.

3. Type C (Premium Lot)

Floor Space: 16ft (W) x 6ft (L)
Lot Rental: RM3,000 - RM4,000 per month
Packages: 6 months / 12 months
Own furniture and fittings
Suitable for products and furnishings which require bigger retail space (e.g. Apparels, Shoes, etc). Lots will be recommended by Enspired Concept Store management.
12 months package will be entitled for signboard provided by ECS

4. Type D (Standard Table Display)

Retail Space: 3ft (H) x 2ft (W) x 4ft (L)
Lot Rental: RM250 - RM300 per month
Packages: 6 months / 12 months
Lot furnishings include table with flat surface to display products.
Suitable for Blogshops, Accessories, Bags, Shoes, Lomo cameras, Toys & other products. Lots will be recommended by Enspired Concept Store management.

Lot categories are tentative. Feel free to call us up if your products are not listed above. Enspired Concept Store reserves the rights to rearrange the lots according to categories, as it deems suitable.

Payment Terms

Initial Payment: 2 (month of security deposit) + 1 (first month rental)
Full payment of total rental duration is entitled for an additional 10% discount + 2 month security deposit.
Take on more lots to combine into a bigger retail and display space!
Confirmation upon full payment of bookings.
