NEW: Enspired Ramadhan Bazaar @ Hang Tuah, KL Monorail
We're looking for Malay food & beverage traders for Enspired Ramadhan Bazaar @ Hang Tuah, KL Monorail! If you know of anyone who is keen in joining this highly anticipated event, do let us know! We only have 15 booths available, so be quick to confirm your participation!

WOW it certainly has been an awesome weekend at e@Curve, with all the World Cup fever going on! Many of our excited vendors have been asking us on the next available booking, we're glad to announce here that we're gonna take bookings for July onwards! We're taking minimum bookings of one month. Details as below: -

UPDATE: KL Sentral JUNE 2010
With the overwhelming responses from the public and our vendors, we have INCREASED our trading HOURS as well DAYS at KL Sentral Monorail, now with Sunday included! Therefore, we will have slight changes of bookings availability from June onwards. Check out the updates below:
Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Business Hours: 10am-10pm (Vendors are allowed to leave earlier)
Minimum bookings are 2 days. Rental charges as below:
2 days - RM90 per day
3 days - RM90 per day
4 days - RM85 per day
6 days - RM80 per day
10 days - RM65 per day
15 days - RM60 per day
*Rental charges include DBKL license, equipment and space rentals.
** Full payment is required. We only accept bank transfers and cash deposit.

UPDATE: Asia Cafe - New Rental System!
Enspired Bazaar @ Asia Cafe will be resuming the bazaar on a twice a week on a fortnight basis, from June 14 onwards. We have a relatively NEW RENTAL SYSTEM at Asia Cafe which would benefit the vendors!
That being said, we will be charging our vendors a relatively low basic rental (RM15/day) just to cover the setup, equipment and space rental fees only. The catch is, the total rental paid for the day will depend entirely on the vendor's total sales! Enspired Events will get 15% of the total sales as part of the commission. Meaning, vendors will be able to save on rental if they didn't manage to make good or any sales on that particular business day!
MECHANICS
- Each vendor will be given a bill book with their booth number on every page.
- Vendors will write on the bill (two copies, first for cashier and another for vendor's copy) when customers want to purchase a product. (eg. one shirt RM20 + one necklace RM18, therefore total billing is RM38)
- Customer will take the bill to the cashier and pay the said amount.
- A receipt will be given to the customer and the customer presents the receipt to the vendor to collect their products. Customers can keep the receipt as there's the bill book as proof of purchase.
Time: 10.30am - 4.30pm. At 5.00pm, vendors will be receiving 85% of their total sales of the day (Enspired Events will be getting 15% as commission)
Rental:
RM15 per day for one round table + 15% of sales
RM25 per day for two round tables + 15% of sales
Eg.
RM15 + sales of RM100 (RM15) = RM30
RM15 + sales of RM300 (RM45) = RM60
Deposit: RM100 (refundable)
Payment: Full payment is required. We accept bank transfers and cash deposits only.

LATEST UPDATES FOR JUNE & JULY 2010
Greetings!
First and foremost, we would like to thank our loyal readers, visitors, vendors and friends for your continuous support thus far. The whole year have been great and we would have not been here without YOU (yes, the one reading now).
Enspired Events celebrates OUR FIRST ANNIVERSARY in the bazaar world since our first flea market in July last year in Summit. Hence, we would like to express our deepest gratitude for those times you have been there for us. Thank you. We have grown from strength to strength, and each month presents a new challenge for us. We hope to serve you better each day.
Alright, the short speech ends here and we've got some announcements to deliver, too.
1. KL Sentral Monorail open from JUNE 2010 onwards
Since the day we have our bazaar at KL Sentral, everyone has been talking about it! The visitors are happy, the vendors are happy, we are happy! Everyone feels like family here!
A minimum booking of 2 days is required. The rental rates are as below:
2 days = RM90 per day
4 days = RM85 per day
6 days = RM80 per day
10 days = RM65 per day
*Rental is inclusive of DBKL license.

Wow, the day we announced our weekend bazaar has garnered much excitement from the vendors! Could you believe it, our June bookings was fully reserved within a few hours of official announcement? That's awesome stuff!
So here we are, opened for the following month's agenda - JULY 2010. A minimum booking of one month is required for e@Curve. 4 weekends (8 days) for RM800.
